Part of Arsenal's failed Underground Unit. She had a budding carreer as a fashion model until she met Arsenal and began training in the military, where they eventually bothe joined the Steel Brigade. Arsenal's unit went underground when the Joes closed up shop in the late 90's. While underground the two began a relationship, sadly when Shiv betrayed the team to Cobra, that relationship was put on hold. Since the reforming of the team she has agreed to return to help Arsenal hunt down Shiv and continue as a Joe.
