I wanted to use Deep Six head part on something but its just too big for a regular 3.75" custom figure. But when I was looking for a head part for a Plastic Man custom, I've realized that Deep Six head part could be perfect for a cartoony figure.

Plastic Man was one of those DC characters I least wanted to custom. I just customized him to complete the Justice League roster I wanted. In the end, Plastic Man became one of my favorite Justice League team member customs. Hope you like it!
