The Hooligans are Irish Army Rangers tasked with protecting the Emerald Isles Stargate. Never knowing who they might face the team is prepared for a variety of enemies and possible assaults.

The Hooligans have trained with the Joe team since their creation.

Castor is the team's heavy weapon specialist. Armed with his trusty M249 SAW (Squad automatic weapon) Castor is what stands in the way of anything coming through the Stargate and the Emerald Isle.
