Head: Eels v2/Battle Corps
Rest: Sci-fi v4/Star Brigade

The hardest part of this LBC HAD to be the head, the fin things on the Eel head were cut completely off on the left side and until all that was left on the right side was a small control antenna.

While enough for the regular battlefield, the standard Cobra Battle Android Trooper, or B.A.T., was not enough for the depths of the ocean or the cold of space. This led to several attempts at upgrading the design, including the short-lived Battle Armored Android Trooper (B.A.A.T.) used by Cobra's Star Brigade. One of the few designs that was both feasible and functionable enough for the prototypes to remain active and placed under consideration for future mass production was a simple unit using the humanlike articulation of the Model two and onward B.A.T.s, enhanced armor including a flexible poly-titanium primary casing under pressure resistant/temperature regulating plating, and an integrated chain gun on the left hand replacing the interchangable weapon-system on the right.

"The total number of these things that've been made, we don't know, but we do know they've got at least one and that it's a mean piece of machine. It's got three weak points, they're not easy to hit, and only one puts it down for the count:
Sever the head, the body keeps coming through wireless remote.
Scrap the gun-arm and it's packing extra weapons.
So, you take out the antenna, you take out Cobra's ability to control it, it reverts to its basic programming, and all that's left is an overgrown metal ant waiting to be squashed." -- from G.I. Joe team data files.
