V1 trashed BAT, lots of random bits from J and R and tamiya tank models

I wanted to make a BAT that emphasized the whole unstoppable robot aspect of them. I alos just lot BATS and robots in general. His one arm is fixed in place, due to the whole bombed out look. I wanted him to have a terminator-ish feel, but also retain the look of a BAT.
