This figure of Billy was originally intended to be part of my entry for the comic pack group project but I did not get one of the other figures done so I never entered it. Billy represents his appearance in the Devil's Due issue number 21. Over all I am pretty happy with Billy. I had been saving the head to use for a Bily custom from a couple of years. I am glad to have it out my parts bin and on to a figure.
