Sergei Petranov replaced the deceased Horror Show as the Oktober Guard's missile specialist. His equipment represents the latest Soviet technology. Serei's helmet provides a Heads Up Display, targeting locks, and infrared vision. It also has it's own one hour air supply. His backpack is uplinked to various orbiting satellites to provide real-time intel, as well as radar tracking of targets.
