This custom was inspired by the Rise of Cobra videogame. After playing it a couple times and then realizing that when you power up both Joes get the accelerator suit. So I had a couple pieces left and thought it would be cool to have her in the suit as well. It also make sense that she would gear up in a suit as well because obviously anything Rip' can do, Scarlett will be able to do it better.
