I wanted to make a driver for my mobile pit. I started scanning through all the drivers in the G.I. Joe roster and the one that stood out was Major Storm the driver for the General. I figured the General was the closest thing to the Pit besides the Mobile Command Center (I didn't think Steam Roller would fit into the ROC universe yet).

I had a difficult time finding a head for Major Storm. Nothing I had would really look like the original, so I decided to make him totally different with a bald head and a goatee.
