Head: 25A Dusty
Body: SWCW Yoda
Hands, feet (and bottom part of legs), neck post: Indiana Jones Mutt Williams

Design:

I was looking at the Clone Wars Yoda figure and realized that the body was almost scaled correctly for a dwarf. The only appropriate GI Joe character I could think of was Orlovsky, the sidekick/confidant of the White Clown. Realizing that it would be best to make White Clown and Orlovsky as a set, I started on the White Clown first and then came back to Orlovsky.

Unlike the White Clown, I took less liberties with Orlovsky's design. It was a very simple design that required little interpretation to make it into a figure. Along with the Mutt Williams feet, I used a bit of the legs to give some height to the Yoda body.

Colors & Paint:

The color set is taken from the Marvel comics appearance. I added some age lines to the Dusty head.

Modifying & Sculpting:

The Moe Howard haircut was sculpted onto the Dusty head. The center piece of the uniform was added on top of a wrapping layer that joined the upper and lower halves of the Yoda torso. The leg/extra leg seems were minimized with multiple layers of paint.
