Head: Scarred Cobra Officer
Everything Else: Cobra Soldier (Cobra 25th 5 Pack)

I never thought of Scarface as a Cobra Officer. He never did much in his role of "Courier" either, except for one or two times. The last one being when he carried that killer virus into the Pit. To me he was just another Cobra Soldier, albeit one with a cool as hell scar on his face and who didn't have a problem talking back to Destro, even though he flinched alot when Destro looked like he was gonna go all Domestic Abuse on him.

From the moment he flung himself out of the Naja Hana Video Game van I wanted a Scarface figure. When he shot Clutch in San Francisco, I wanted a Scarface figure. Even when Hawk cold-cocked him with his pistol on the back of a Hiss Tank I was all, like, "I WANT SCARFACE!!!"

Then Major Bludd left him for dead in the Joe's brig and I forgot about him for awhile. A long while.

Twenty-something years later I get a "Scarred Cobra Officer"... What? Is this Scarface? They finally made Scarface! Wait, why is he an officer...?

He wasn't bad, but I was getting sick of all the yellow web gear coming out, and I wanted all my Cobra Soldiers to look the same. Black masks, black web gear, no grey or black thigh pocket, etc, etc...

I repainted the mask, and also did what I've been doing to all my Cobra Soldiers; I cut the snap tab off the belt buckle, glue the two pieces together, (without gluing the belt to the figure) Then I carefully, oh-so-carefully, glue the web gear straps to the front and back of the upper torso and shoulder. This makes everything stay on the figure and not flop around or fall off his shoulder- The straps mold to the shape of the figure and he looks a little more buffed, instead of looking like a scrawny, gangley kid wearing clothes too big for him. You can still turn his waist and everything. I included a pic of him next to my custom Stinger Driver, whom I haven't glued together yet, for comparison.
