Richter is the newest Desert Ops and MP on the Joe Roster.

He is the "Sand Trap" driver (Bane Tumbler (Walmart exclusive)) and is currently giving it a serious shakedown doing patrol duty out in the staging grounds where nothing short of a fellow soldier will interrupt Richter's patrols. He often has a running bet with the OpFor (Opposing Forces) that anyone that can hit him on the way by gets a years worth of ammo for their personal weapon. It's been done, but he won't tell you who until you can earn that info.

Richter is generally easy going and jovial. Many of the other MP's in the unit look to him as the guy that knows how to make a person feel at ease and is generally soft spoken, which is an unusual trait for security. But most look at his as a strength as Richter has come to know every individual in the Joe compound. Even sign and counter sign can be defeated, Richter knows things even the local bartender never hears.
