The Cobra Plague are an elite unit of Cobra made up of members from the most elite Special Operations Forces in the Cobra military. Infrared made his way from the Crimson Guard Immortals. He is a ruthless attorney and as well as an expert marksman.

Like many when the Plague were introduced I was excited I loved the idea of a mixed team of Cobra Operators from the various branches and units of Cobra.
