Cottonmouth is a cantankerous ill-tempered cuss from the bayou who likes fast boats, faster women, and brawlin'.
He was recruited to Cobra by his old buddy, Copperhead, and now serves as the gunner for the Water Moccasin air boat. Not just a gunner, he's qualified to pilot the Water Moccain and Fang Boat, and has even been known to challenge Copperhead to a race despite being a terribly sore loser.

For this custom, I wanted a figure that resembled Copperhead, but was distinct enough to work as his own character.
