His name is Catalyst and he is a chemical weapons and demolition specialist. He enters a target area with acrobatic skills and then uses material on hand to create deadly chemical weapons.

He was a brilliant chemical engineer who suffered terrible nerve damage due to chemical exposure. He emerged from the experience obsessed with the concept of entropy. His new purpose in life is to act as an agent of entropy...breaking down complex systems and relationships by forcing a new order onto them. He sees Cobra as a perfect social metaphor for this worldview...and, in a relationship of convenience, Cobra is happy to finance his destructive habits.
