In a new diostory I am working on, the Battle Armor Cobra Commander gets assassinated by his own troops; via orders from Destro.

Upon his assassination, Destro introduces Billy to the troops as the new Cobra Commander.

In Chapter 3 Part 5, Serpentor awakens to a regime ran by Cobra Commander's son, Billy.

Into Chapter 4 Part 1-3, Billy uncovers a planned Coup against him...and enlists the aide of the Slaughter's Marauders (in the beginning they were "slaughtered" by Cobra...but to the astonishment, he had SGT Slaughter and his Marauders hidden until they were needed). Parts 4-5, SGT Slaughter and Billy uncover Destro's un-discovered private army at Castle Destro.

Chapter 5 Part 1, Serpentor launches a full scale assault on the G.I. Joe Fortress. Part 2, the Mercenaries are sent by via Serpentor, over to Castle Destro to assassinate Destro. Part 3. Billy and the Slaughters Marauders team with Destro to battle Serpentor and his Coil army. Part 4-5, the final battle...Billy and Destro are killed during the battle....General Voltar steps up and leads the final attack against Serpentor...meanwhile the G.I. Joes are battling the treacherous Major Bludd and his Bludd Vipers.

I decided to do a multiple layout of what attires Billy would look like. In the end, I thought it turned out awesome.
