This figure is based on Captain Hammer from "Doctor Horrible's Sing Along Blog". The parts for the figure came together very easily thanks to the versatility of the 25th Anniversary/ Rise of Cobra style of body. At first I was going to use the entire arm from Cobra Commander, but decided to try to cut the hands off of General Hawk and glue them into the gloves. I'm glad i did because it turned out much better this way!
