"Chein-Tang" the Blue Dragon Master of Water chose Rain as his second apprentice, because of his relentless fighting style. It reminded Tang of the rain during the "Water" season, when it would rain for days at a time. Not much is known about "Rain" except, that he rarely speaks and always rains havoc on his opponents with his double sword attack. Rain is extremely loyal and is one of only two apprentices in the Dragon Clans to have ever survived an encounter with the Black Dragon of Death. I know it kind of sounds like Power Rangers, but better.
