Design:

There aren't any female Joes in snow/arctic attire. "Spindrift" is a hiker's term for a certain kind of thick, swirly, sticky snow.

Colors & painting:

Instead of an all-white outfit, I wanted to use a medium grey jacket on top of green trousers. The green is fairly bright, as if the jacket were thrown on the existing uniform to match it to snowfall. A dark grey is used on the boots, belt/straps, gloves, and turtleneck.

As for the red hair, why shouldn't the Joes have more than one Ginger on the team? The skin tone is darker than Scarlett's to a make it clear that this isn't everyone's favorite red head. To make the hair realistic, I started with an orange undercoat and then topped it with a brown/metallic red wash.

Modifying & sculpting:

The Enchantress hair was removed and replaced with the Agent Helix hair. The jacket, holster, and backpack straps are worked up from masking tape. The leg sockets were opened up to for a greater range of motion. The hollow interior of the Dusty backpack was contoured with hot glue.
