Little is known about Zartan's backround. He is a master of disguise. He has had prior military training as well as being skilled in some of the mystical martial arts. He is able to alter his skin color to blen into the backround. He is responsible for killing the Hard-Master of the Arashikage Clan. He is the leader of the Dreadnoks and typically loyal to the highest bidder. Zartan is probably one of my favorite Joe characters.
