I always felt Zartan got the short end of the stick when it came to Action Figures. I feel his figures never really portrayed Zartan the way he should have been, either from the comic or the cartoon series. When I first started reading the Devils Due Comic and saw the new Zartan I wanted a comic accurate version even more. After seeing a custom by another member on another forum I knew I just had to have one of my own. While the design is similar there are some changes that I made to mine to give it my own personal touch.
