Zartan has always been one of my favorite characters. However, I was never a fan of the topless armor thing he had going on. I saw a custom very similar here once (wish I could give credit but I forget) and knew that I had to make it. I changed the original formula and made my own definitive version of everyone's favorite chameleon.

His pack holds a removable shotgun, knife (he's holding it in pic), and bow. I also gave him swivel wrists (my favorite addition to make).
