After getting his Master's Degree in Advanced Mathematical Predictions, he went on to get a PhD in Applied Chaos Theory. Got a job with the Geek Squad fixing laptops and doing some high-level investigative snooping in his spare time, eventually breaking into the highly-classified Cobra database. After predicting three separate clandestine G.I. Joe assassinations and alerting top Cobra brass, was detected as a hacker in a random Televiper systems sweep. Offered a pay-for-performance position instead of prosecution, he continues to track, apply, and predict future G.I. Joe operations. Now into his fourth year, he has successfully stopped or stymied well over two dozen different nefarious deeds. His moniker actually comes from an intercepted high-ranking G.I. Joe conversation, "I don't understand it, sir -- it's like they have a Crystal Ball."
