When most Joe fans think Cobra Communications, they probably think of Tele-Vipers. However, in the early days of the Marvel GI Joe comic, this guy was the one in charge of Cobra Communications! I don't think he was in all that many issues, but he was so iconic that I had to make a version for my Cobra army. With the comic pack trooper body, he fits in great with my other comic pack Cobras...I even painted his mask the same reddish-pink color as the regular Trooper!
