I thought it was awesome that Hasbro made a removable helmet Cobra Commander, and even cooler that they put Fred VII's head under the helmet! This opened the door to a few cool customs, a removable helmet Crimson Guardsman with the Fred head and of course this one, Fred VII in the standard issue "Fred" CG business suit, for all the undercover work.

Very easy custom, mostly a full paint and head swap, though I did sculpt a collar and tie for it. Almost looks like it could be Robert Redford from the movie The Sting!
