When GI Joe was disbanded, Keel-Haul put Cutter in contact with some of his old Navy buddies because he thought Cutter would be better suited to certain Navy ops than chasing down drug dealers in a Coast Guard ship. Cutter was recruited by Naval Special Warfare because of his experience with the Joe team. He was assigned to a Special Boat Unit as a Spec Warfare Combat Crewman, dropping Navy Special Operations teams (SEALs) onto hostile beaches. He became one of the best operators in the Special Boat Units and was top choice when missions were sent down. When the GI Joe team was called back up, Cutter jumped at the chance to use his new skills to help his old teammates. He was given command of all Naval Fleet Special Operations for the team, but still likes getting down and dirty. That's why he volunteered to sign on with Delta when Hawk tasked Torpedo with putting the team together. While not an "official" SEAL, Torpedo wouldn't let anybody else take his team into a hostile area by boat. Cutter has taken on the task of training other boat pilots in Special Operations.


I'm in the process of writing my "Joeverse" and I thought Cutter could use a little flair to make him more than just a Coast Guard officer. It took me a while (and two re-writes) to get this bio the way I wanted it.
