With all the different troops and ranks in Cobra they never really had a special operations team per say, so I came up with this guy. I wanted to get sort of an "evil Wide Scope" feel. I even stole the shield from Wide Scope. That and I got tired of only using the Storm Shadow head for ninjas. Not to mention I just wanted to use the Night Viper legs/rifle. If the parts were available to me I would have loved to have been able to make an army of them. I thinking a mass of these would have been awesome for army builders.
