Synthetic rubber matting;
assorted figures (really wished I had previously stockpiled on Toxo-Zombies, and didn't have to use other types of Vipers)

Who hasn't heard or played with the Plants vs Zombies game yet? (you there, who raised your hand, go download the game and play it already! it's really good! [shameless plug]

Well, I saw some synthetic rubber grass matts last week while shopping and I thought of using them for Joe dios and bought some. When I got home, my nephews were playing with some P v Z figurines, and it instantly hit me to do this diorama. I borrowed their toys for a moment for the shoot.

I originally thought of using this dio as Plants vs Joes, where the Joes use some type of G.I.Joe Danger Room to simulate a training scenario with Plants...

Then I thought it would be fun if "Hotwire" managed to program a virtual game for Cobra using the Plants vs Joes theme...

And finally when I was looking for figures to use, I chanced upon my only Toxo-Zombie... and thought... This is Perfect! And renamed it Plants vs Toxo-Zombies... unfortunately I didn't have many Toxo-Zombies so I ended up using some spare Vipers...

So in the end, this is a virtual reality game created by Hotwire for Cobra Troopers' enjoyment, and during a raid by G.I.Joe, the game somehow got confiscated (technically stolen) by the Joes, and now they're using it for their own entertainment.

I hope I can find a proper box soon to simulate a Danger Room for a background, but I'm too excited about this not to post it right away.

Hope this one gave you a laugh!
