I just always thought that the Joes had SO many bases - the 1983 HQ, the General, the Sand-crawler type thing from 1987, the Defiant, the 8-wheeled missile silo thing from like 1988 or 1989 and finally the Flagg (for water ops), so why give the Joes TWO water-themed bases, and the Dreadnoks (who are in fact swamp-based) nothing?

So I played Robin Hood for the biker boys (and Zarana!). By making them this, it gives them a place to hang out and prep missions in the wet swamp.
