I, like others, have always felt Cobra needed an equivalent to the Transportable Tactical Battle Platform. I figure this one was abandoned by the Joe Team after an embarrassing defeat at the hands of Cobra. They have gathered other Joe Technology from previous battles and have incorporated it here.

Inspired by the Terror Drome, this Heavily Defended Re-supply/Refueling and Armaments Platform (HYDRA), acts as an offshore defense and re-supply depot can be utilized by any small vehicles which can land on its landing pad(Fang, Trouble Bubble, Claw, etc), but it can also re-supply Hydrofoils and other sea going craft.
