The Trust
The Brain Trust is the world's top scientist in the areas of Cybernetics, Biogenetics, Bioengineering, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. They are the most sought after group of scientist in the world. Once contracted by the Federal Government, to create weapons and experimental prototypes. The Brain Trust was disbanded after several failed experiments that resulted in the deaths of several U.S. soldiers.
Now under the patronage and protection of "TEComm". (Third Eye Communications) the core members of the Brian Trust (now called The Trust) work in secret trying to perfect the super soldier formula that produced the legendary Captain America. The formula was stolen from G.I. Joe by Cobra and then stolen by M.A.R.S. and subsequently stolen by the October Guard. The newest form of the formula has produced "Anaconda" the super soldier for Cobra and "IGS" (Iron Grenadier Supreme) for Destro's army the Iron Grenadiers. The Russian used it to revitalize their "Red Guardian" Project and G.I. Joe has used it to create Super Joe.
Now the race is on to create an even better more deadly Super Soldier which is right up The Trust ally. So the MARK project was launched with the idea that TEComm (Secretly an Intelligence agency) would use the MARK soldiers to take out certain targets that were deemed too dangerous to remain alive.
The Trust members are Dr. Kenzuki Hiashi, the foremost authority on (Artificial Intelligence) and the creator of the MARK chip AI processor. Dr. Andreas Schultz an expert in Bioengineering and the creator of the MARK formula; Dr. Andrew Goldstein a Bio-Chemist and, Professor Amijaan Patel a biocybernetisist.
Dr. Andreas Schultz, the world's foremost authority in the field of bioengineering. Dr. Schultz is the lead scientist on the Super Soldier project that The Trust is over seeing for the covert agency known as Third Eye. Under the cover of TEComm, Third Eye works as an independent Intel organization and first strike agency. Dr Schultz is the creator of the Mark project and one of the founding members of The Trust. As of late Dr. Schultz has come to the realization that the effort to recreate a Super Soldier has been a colossal waste of time. Each success has resulted in some sort of programming failure. So Dr. Schultz secretly started testing the Super Soldier formula on women. He started off with terminally ill test subjects then, moved on to athletes, and finally female soldiers. The result Project Daphne (beautiful but deadly).
Dr. Kenzuki Hiashi, a Japanese scientist who is a part of THE TRUST and the foremost authority on "AI" and the creator of the "MARK" chip. The MARK Chip is a vital part of The MARK project, which enables the MARK to integrate down loaded directive directly into the brain. The MARK chip gives The MARK an advantage over his opponents and allows it access to tactical information in the Trust data base. Dr. Hiashi has been the target of several kidnapping attempts including Cobra and the Iron Grenadiers.
Professor Amijaan Patel is the foremost authority in "Bio cybernetics", the mapping of cybernetics into the biologics of an organism. Professor Patel is responsible for integrating the AI with the brain's neurological system, in order control each Mark remotely from the base. It also allows the Professor to up load assignments and new data files.
