Here we have Destro and the Baroness over seeing a captured Tony stark "themed" Captain America armored suit. Destro has a plan to weaponize this beast of technology and turn it into a Cobra nightmare for all to see. As always, Cobra Commander has to oversee anything Destro makes (you know they are not the best of buds as we are lead to believe). Did you notice the two armed guards?
