There is an old Disused warehouse at an old is used pier on the oldest, most rundown part of Cobra Island, where Doctor Mindbender keeps the barrels of toxic sludge left over from his experiments. It is a dangerous, unpleasant place, and he has to wear his heavy duty hazmat suit when he goes there. On this dark and stormy night, he found that his count was off and there was an extra barrel. The extra barrel was identified quickly and opened.
