Everything was made from a foam board, some paint, some electronics parts and some toothpicks for the legs on the chairs

Needing a way to track all the special Joe Teams, this room was created in order to form some kind of way to receive information that would otherwise not be had. So they could have a way to keep in order all the missions going on at the same time so help could be sent to the right team if help was needed. Even though not much backup is ever needed with any of the Joe's teams. Gen.Hawk feels better knowing that all members of the team are under constant surveillance during any mission.
