A number of years ago, nova cast a 1:18 skull, and then cast a bunch of them, applied them to a Playmobil throne, and then cast that a number of times. It turned out great, but with a small problem of being too short for a 1:18 figure to sit on 'comfortably.' I've seen fixes to this, like Spectre's adding of a cushion to the chair seat, but I went in a different direction and added a base to the throne, lifting it high enough to a 1:18 figure to bend it's legs.
