1983 HQ, 2 different gold Krylon metallic paints (layered), some gloss black paint, then my own figures and vehicles for dressing. Also used the weather Dominator from the DVD-packs and used the Cobra Tattoo from the complete series Sunbow DVD foot locker for the front sigil.

Just got tired of the only base at retail for Cobra being the Terror Drome that was too pricey as a kid and even too pricey-er as an adult on ebay for a decent one. Decided to get a second HQ on ebay for about 20 bucks and make my homage to the 1984 Revenge Of Cobra Sunbow cartoon Cobra base. Sort of like I did with my TTBP for the Dreadnoks. I figured since the Stinger is equivalent to the VAMP and the HISS is the MOBAT's opposite number, that they would work well in the vehicle bays.
