Fortified with additional armor and firepower, the Cobra H.A.R.S.H is a formitable polar threat. Due to it's primary operation in subzero temperatures. this retrofit (and substantially heavier) H.I.S.S. tank has little problems with overheating, whereas normal models would. Primarily, Cobra uses these to supplement their artic installations. While, they're not as fast as the skiied vehicles, such as the W.O.L.F. and Ice Sabre, the H.A.R.S.H.'s heavy artillery cannons and thicker "skin" make them exceptional for outpost defense.
