When the undead began roaming the world Cobra lost large swathes of both manpower and armor. To fill the gap they began producing smaller, more agile, armored personnel carriers. Capable of top speeds of 85 mph. While it is smaller than previous models of APC making it's capacity lower, the new Cobra strategy of smaller more autonomous units makes it ideal.
