The Cobra HISS canopy is to exposed and vulnerable to the driver. Zartan saw a Septic Tank and liked the protective metal canopy and knew this would function better in the swamps from swinging tree limbs or incoming firepower. The outrageous orange color was replaced with Nok blue. The Ground HISS was an instant hit with the Noks, it can go anywhere and pulls out the other Nok vehicles when stuck!
