Base - ROC Armored Panther

A few months back, I created a character called Dog Bite and he was supposed to have a vehicle called Grey Hound. Grey Hound was supposed to be an Armadillo / Armored Panther repaint. I did not get to work on it until G.I. Joe Reloaded arrived and I wanted to include a few vehicles for the project. So I gave my Armored Panther a blue / grey camo paint. I turned into an arctic vehicle for Coldsnap instead. Hope you guys like it!
