Data: In November of 2001, President Bush created a small scale reinstatement of G.I. Joe, codename "Frontline." The commander of this unit was a young man from a military family recruited into the unit by General Joesph Colton; John Thomas Magnus, codename "Turbo." Frontline's mission was the same as it's larger, un-reinstated counterpart: Combat terrorists foreign and domestic.

As unit commander, Turbo had his own personal vehicle; a prototype upgrade to the design of the original Rapid Attack Motorcycle. Armed with a twin-shortbarrel .50 caliber "sidecar" gun and capable of speed up to two hundred miles per hour with the proper maintence, the R.A.M. II serves him well even to this day.
