The Cobra EEL are one of my favorite all time Cobra Troops. I really wanted to build a boat for them, something they could use in there underwater demolitions jobs. I also wanted it to be small but also something they could dive off of. To me the Polar Battle Bear looks kind of like a stretched out Sea Do so I thought it was the perfect starting point. When I placed it on a Moccasin hull it was the perfect fit. I used styrene to build out the sides around the body and added the Armadillo grab bar on the back. This helps it look like they could sit on the back and dive off. It also has storage on the sides for the EELS dive equipment and weapons. The boat itself has a small front mounted gun and four small missile launchers.
