With Eco-Terrorism becoming less and less profitable, Cobra Commander ordered Cesspool and Dr Mindbender to come up with the next great biological weapon to unleash on the world. After several failed attempts, Mindbender finally succeeded by turning unlucky Viper "volunteers" into zombies with with his newly created Compound Z. With Cesspool's assistance, they retrofitted several new RAIL Gun HISS tanks to fire rounds containing the airborne strain of Compound Z. With a Unit of four Toxo-HISS's Cobra can Zombify a small town in less than an hour. The GI Joe Eco Warriors have their work cut out for them to prevent the Cobra Zombie Apocalypse.
