A beat up HISS Tank

Destro created the HISS. After splitting from Cobra, he wanted it back! Instead of just spending money building new ones, he decided to put the hurt on Cobra. He takes every captured Cobra vehicle, redesigns the technology, and adds his signature gold, red and black colors.
