The Arctic HISS is specially retro-fitted with extra insulation and armor to protect the Driver. Also it has four main guns, doubling the amount of firepower vs a standard HISS. The fuel tanks where also made larger to insure that the Arctic HISS could operate longer without refueling.

The HISS has always been my favorite GI Joe/Cobra vehicle by far.

When I saw the ''Cobra HARSH'' by GI Jonny a while back, I knew that I had to make an Arctic version on the HISS.
