Cobra Commander needed a vehicle to allow him to quickly inspect the ranks of Cobra troopers, vehicles, and equipment. He had Destro's M.A.R.S. weapons manufacturing create the Cobra Command Inspection Vehicles. Heavily armored against attack and heavily armed for counter-attack, the CCIVs are the perfect tool for showing who's in command.

Mounted with a twin machine gun at the rear, a forward arc machine gun, a high-intensity spot light, and positions for driver, VIP, and 5 security team members. Add multiple communications arrays (note the antennas) and you have a highly mobile, high-security vehicle for all your world-conquering needs.
