Using original Sky Patrol technology, and building from it with the H.A.T.E. technology retrieved from a stolen H.A.T.E. tank, the Arctic Chill is nearly unseen by Cobra North by the air, or land. It's large wheels, and underbelly ski can reach speed of 88 MPH uphill, and much faster downhill.

The Arctic Chill is the main transportation vehicle for the Canadian Joes to reach an outpost quickly. It rarely sees battle, but is always prepared for it. Its three ultra bright lights ensures its path will remain clear, and that the Joes don't mistakenly "run over" any Polar Bears..... again.
