I used a toy I bought at Toys R Us. Its from the heroes line they have. It included a helicopter and a couple of figures also. Originally it was painted in camouflage color pattern.

I began by of course taking the vehicle apart. I then primed it using a spray primer. The cab of the truck got a glossy navy blue but I used a flat clear coat to finish it. The engine got a dark silver. The gun turret on the truck, the cage on the front and the missile launcher platform got the same light silver. I hand painted the windows and trim with a paint marker. The tarp on the truck also had to be hand painted. I simply removed the lettering on the missile with paint remover and applied a Cobra sticker on it. I also bought a Cobra symbol and applied it to the missile platform. It's the most original vehicle I've created and so far the most that gets comments on as well.
