This vehicle is based on both the 8-wheeled tank that Horrorshow drove in Marvel Annual #2 and SSgt Groover's Oktober Guardian, from which it gains its name.

I wanted to add the extra weapons mounts that the comic's vehicle had. For the cased rocket systems, I chose the quad missile launcher from the General, and cut off the middle support struts. The grenade launchers are a single Night Rhino grenade launcher set, cut down the middle.
