The SCC is a Confederation of several Island from Barbados to Venezuela. The Islands of Tortuga, Orchilla, La Blaquilla, and the Island of Isla De Margarita of the coast of Venezuela have all been incorporated.
The SCC came about over manipulation and the use of history to build a foundation for the take over of these Island of the South Caribbean. The Islands were purchased hundreds of years ago by three different families from three different countries. The first family was members of several Pirate crews that gathered their wealth from the early years before the East Indy Trading company came about and took over by decrees. They played along realizing that they had to maneuver via politics and other means. They kept detailed records of all transactions that survived countless attempts for their
destruction.
The second Family comes from Bavarian Royalty. The Beginning of the Napoleonic war in the 1800's and first World War the family realized they had to store their wealth and preserve their lineage. They started investing in Banking and moving wealth to the Caribbean. The Baron had three children two boys and a daughter. He gave each a third of his estate after his death in 1923. The first Son grew in the socialist party and soon became entwined in the Nazi War machine, gifted with money, education and charisma he made his way up the SS ladder and worked in the Nazi Occult section. His younger sister took her portion and left as the Nazi party took power. She married an young Jewish man and they left for America. His youngest brother went a different route when the Nazi took control and worked with the British as a spy. Not much else is know of his fate.
The Third family is that of the young Jewish man that married the young German Girl. They lived in America under different identities and used their wealth and political influence during the second World War. They Had a Son that got the best schooling and Graduated from Harvard with his Doctorate in political science. While he was there he met a young woman. She was a History major and they began a relationship, they married after their senior year.
The SCC began one evening when the young couple was approached by another young woman who said she was the young Mans cousin. They talked and found out that their families had been connected for centuries. After they graduated they met the young lady in Venezuela where they soon found out that her Father had Fled there after the War to avoid War crime charges. The also realized that they could take back their Titles as Baron and Duchess.
So now the Duchess Katerina Blood, and the Baron Raz Von Blutz and his wife Margarita Von Blutz started the search for Margarita's families' ledgers. It took several years and a third of each wealth to finally locate the Ledgers. They had found several hidden in small local villages records, and others hidden in items form the era of the east India trading company. Katerina had a son that soon became uncontrollable so she sent him to live with his father in South
Africa. Raz and Margarita had a daughter Amara-Lior. When they decided to start taking control of properties and Islands that were legally owned by Margarita's family they sent the 12 year old Amara-Lior to live with relatives in America. The next 5 years were difficult and hard on the family. But soon they Had obtained the rights for several of the Islands north of Venezuela and from other countries that had claimed rights to them for centuries. They soon
became knows for their fair treatment of the population and hardline approach to any of the spited losers. Raz took over as the Head of the SCC military, and Katerina Took control over the Government with Margarita as head of the Commerce. Soon they realized that some of the export of the new Confederation. They then were approached by a young man representing Extensive Enterprises, he wanted to use them as importer/Exporter for good moving in and out of South America. Soon profits were good and the economy was even better stabilized but the trade and tourism in the area. They also had taken a Political
neutral stance. But with this several people had moved to their various islands and could bring potential problems.
The SCC Military is set up like the Marines, they are dual trained for Amphibious Warfare as well as Aviation support for Maritime Patrol and Search and Rescue Operation in the area. They have been know to be the first on site for Vessels in distress making the area on of the safer Tourist spots in the Caribbean.
The SCC has taken petitions from Granada, Barbados, and other small Island nations for membership and protection under their new umbrella.
Raz is the son of a Duchess that left Germany as the Nazi took control in the 1930's.
He was Born on Dec 5 1963
Having degrees from Harvard and Yale in law and political Science. He met and Married Margarita a decedent of the Pirates that controlled the Caribbean.
He now commands the South Caribbean Confederation Maritime Marines. His charisma and Intellect as well as a vast wealth that's value is still unknown Keep him one step ahead of any and all that wish to manipulate His family and new country.
I Was looking through fodder one day and seen the Roc Breaker head and the Flint body and tried the head. The rest came together and I was going to Use him as a Arab nation type military leader. Then the rouge nation came about and had an even better idea for him
I tried to paint the leg with a tropical type tiger-stripe to fit in with his home area.
I broke the left arms ring while trying to remove it from the donor figure.
Also tried a greying to his head and facial hair to distinguish from the base figure.

Dutchess Katerina Blood is the Grand Daughter of Victor Blood a SS Ocult Scientist that served during the Second World War.
The Duchess rules the SCC with a no question asked policy she is Cold and secretive. Her past is still a mystery even to her cousin Raz, Who she trust the most. She tends to work through her dignitaries and other officials when her decisions are made. She was married at one time ad Had a son but who and were they are has not been public knowledge since the creation of SCC.
Duchess spends the majority of her time in her villa near the Capital on Isla De Margarita and uses her own private Intelligence network that only answers to her.
She is respected by all of the other nations around her and companies that deal with the Confederation.
Just a LBC that came together several years ago and was sitting with other figures needing a name and cause.

SCC Maritime marines are selected through a highly guarded process that is modeled after various special forces selections and training from around the world.
Each member is from the surrounding Island and other areas and have a Pride being selected and a member of the various SCCMM units. Each Marine is trained in various disciplines as in Aviation patrol reconecence, Search and Rescue, Law enforcement, Disaster Preparation, Amphibious Warfare, and other operations.
Baron Raz Von Blutz is present at each recruits graduation and welcomes them into their new brotherhood.
Used PTE figures after looking at the head sculpts and decided they have a Latin American look ton them. Then I used a light color green to cover the tan and grey they had and to give a more tropical camo pattern
